Water Assistance Program
The EOA Water Assistance Program allows a one-time payment of up to $100 to be made toward a past-due water utility bill for low-income customers of Springdale Water Utilities, Fayetteville Water, Washington Water, or Tontitown Water.
Lack of access to water is considered a health and safety risk, especially during a public health crisis. As a result, EOA is directing a portion of Community Services Block Grant CARES Act funds toward water utility assistance for income-eligible households with a past due water bill or disconnect notice from a participating water utility supplier. Household income must be at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Please complete a Water Assistance Application by clicking on the link above. Click the Submit button on the application, or save the application and email it to email@example.com.
If you have questions, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 479-872-7479.
Due to COVID-19, EOA is not taking applications in-person until further notice.
